Aristos Athletics
About

The system came first. Then the company.

Aristos is a training system built from elite athletes’ training logs, thousands of pages of elite running literature, and individual design tested on thousands of simulated athletes. An automated engine writes each block from the athlete’s own bests, and a coach reviews it by hand. It was built by an Ivy League Division I runner who used it on himself first. These are the two people behind it.

George Blaha

I am a Columbia graduate and am currently in my 5th year of Division 1 running. After struggling for my first 3 years in the NCAA with injury, I finally found a system that really worked, and I began to improve dramatically. I started Aristos with Aidan with the goal of bringing this system to as many people as possible. The Aristos training model is based on what I did to myself to go from 31:14 to 29:09 in the 10 km in one year, placing 5th in the 5km and 10km at the Ivy League Championships and qualifying for the NCAA East preliminary round.

Aidan Brancaccio

A current Division I athlete in a Power 4 conference, and living proof that the Aristos system works. Like George, consistent, sustainable volume helped me improve dramatically over the past three years: from 27:21 to 24:13 over 8km, alongside PRs of 29:57 for 10km and 9:04 in the 3000m steeplechase.

I bring a unique view from inside the sport right now — what it takes to train and race at the top level of collegiate running, and the principles that carried my own progression. These same principles apply to any runner, from beginner to professional. The system is built for sustainable improvement: consistency first, and a plan that keeps working as an athlete moves up.
